SERVICES
If you book an appointment, and then cancel part of your appointment during your session, you will still be charged in full. For example, if you book a 90 min facial and a Brazilian, but you come to your appointment and say you’re not getting your facial then you will still be charged for the facial and Brazilian, I wouldn’t be able to fill that spot that you were on the books for.
SERIES
Whether it be a Brazilian package or a facial package you must come at agreed intervals. For example, you purchased a series of 6 Brazilians, you must come every 4 weeks (unless we agreed to a different schedule) for your Brazilian appointment, if you skip a month, you will then lose one of your Brazilian (or any series purchased) appointments, so your series has a 6-month expiration date.
PAYMENT IN FULL REQUIRED FOR SERVICES 2 HOURS OR LONGER
Appointments that are 2 hours or longer in duration are a time commitment scheduled in advance between you and I, please do not schedule an appointment that you cannot commit to. I require all services that are 2 hours or longer to be paid in full prior to scheduling and these services are non-refundable. Due to high demand, my time is valuable, and your appointment is planned for, prepared for and scheduled specifically for you. In the case that there is a medical emergency, inclement weather or if you're ill appointments will be rescheduled.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event that there is inclement weather, all appointments will be rescheduled as your safety is of the utmost importance to me.
CONTAGIOUS ILLNESS OR FLU
If you are ill, please call or email me to let me know you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment as soon as possible. I will not render services in cases of contagious illness or flu due to the safety and consideration of my other scheduled guests.
GIFT CARDS I’m happy to provide gifts cards, they do expire in 6 months' time. If a series is purchased using a gift card you need to stay on schedule with the series. Gift cards are nonrefundable. If you are interested in purchasing a Gift Card, please call, text or email me.
RETAIL
I am confident in the efficacy of the products I use and do not accept returns or offer exchanges. All Sales Are Final.

NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL
Your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Please kindly give me 48-hour notice if you need to cancel to avoid cancellation fees. My services are in high demand, and this allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. If you have two cancellations with less 48-hour notice in one calendar year, I will no longer accept your requests to schedule appointments in the future. If you have a gift card, pre-paid session or have purchased a package, I reserve the right to automatically deduct payment in full to cover your cancelled appointment from these funds. If you do not have a prepaid session, package or gift card, you will be billed an invoice via Square for the full amount of your missed appointment. This must be paid in full prior to rescheduling. This policy also applies to appointments made and cancelled in the same day.
MULTIPLE CANCELLATIONS
Any client who has two cancellations in a one-year time period will be required to make full, non-refundable payments prior to scheduling any appointments in the future. My time is valuable.
NO-SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” If you have a gift card, pre-paid session or have purchased a package, I reserve the right to automatically deduct payment in full to cover your missed appointment from these funds. If you do not have a prepaid session, package or gift card, you will be billed an invoice via Square for the full amount of your missed appointment. This must be paid in full prior to rescheduling. This policy also applies to appointments made and cancelled in the same day.
LATE ARRIVALS
Appointments have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. (For example, if you've originally booked a 60-minute session and show up 15 minutes late, I only have time to complete a 45-minute session.
